Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Staffing and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be multi-state payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
