Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
