Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
