Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Financial and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be multi-state payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
