Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
