Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Anchorage, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
