Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
