Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tulsa, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
