Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tulsa region, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
