Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Spokane. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
