Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 353 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
