Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Ironwood Sable Financial Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
