Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Highbridge Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Dallas, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
