Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Silverline Loom Staffing is a Virginia Beach staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
