Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Field Staffing Partners is a Phoenix staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
