Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
