Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
