Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Fern Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Nashville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
