Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Bright Staffing places workers with employers around Miami. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
