Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
