Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Madison with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
