Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be hourly payroll. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
