Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Construction Group and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be hourly payroll. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
