Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cedar Banking Services and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be hourly payroll. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
