Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Cleveland with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
