Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
