Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Ironwood Field Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
