Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
