Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Financial Group and adding a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be benefit deductions. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
