Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock, and we need a Payroll Specialist to lead our benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
