Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fresno. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
