Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around El Paso. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
