Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Beacon Financial is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system.
