Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Ashton Legal Group is a Tulsa practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
