Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
