Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Savannah, GA)

Bright Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Savannah serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
