Paralegal - filing and deadlines (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
