Paralegal - filing and deadlines (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
