Paralegal - filing and deadlines (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Drift Legal Group is a San Antonio practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
