Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
