Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Lumen West Legal Group is a law firm in Indianapolis serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
