Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on filing and deadlines for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
