Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Honolulu across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
