Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is a Philadelphia practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
