Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Silverline Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Minneapolis serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
