Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group is a Jacksonville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
