Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Juniper Legal Group is a law firm in Raleigh serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
