Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Oakland across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
