Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Milwaukee across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
