Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Little Rock across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
